The submission of a manuscript carries with it the author’s assurance that it has not been copyrighted or published elsewhere (except in the form of a preliminary communication, of an abstract or as a part of a published lecture, review, or thesis); that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, and, after being accepted by Revue Roumaine de Chimie, it will not be published in another journal.
